Responsibilities
- Partner with senior GTM leaders to design and implement revenue transformation strategies using Gong’s AI Operating System.
- Map current-state customer processes and architect AI-driven workflows that translate to revenue outcomes.
- Plan and execute adoption and change management initiatives to embed Gong into daily team rhythms.
- Quantify and communicate measurable business outcomes and ROI using data-driven insights.
- Own renewal and expansion strategy execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus but not required.
