Serivce Account Manager

Pure Storage (Everpure) is reshaping the data storage industry with innovative cloud-native storage solutions. We are seeking a strategic Service Account Manager to own the end-to-end customer experience for enterprise accounts, proactively drive system health, and translate customer needs into product and engineering outcomes to ensure long-term loyalty and growth.

Skills

  • Proven ability to manage high-visibility enterprise accounts and resolve executive-level escalations.
  • Strong technical understanding of data storage, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project and change management capability to coordinate multi-team implementations and risk assessments.
  • Experience delivering RCAs and driving operational improvements to improve system health and uptime.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end service relationships for strategic enterprise accounts including onboarding, support, and capacity planning.
  • Drive proactive incident management including risk identification, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution strategies to maintain uptime.
  • Act as primary advocate between customers and product/engineering teams, translating feedback into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead quarterly operational and executive business reviews to align technology with customer business priorities and grow contract value.
  • Coordinate complex implementations and migrations within change control windows to ensure high-quality deployments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications or equivalent professional experience in enterprise IT or storage platforms preferred.
