ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINER & ENABLEMENT SPECIALIST (100% Remote outside of Canada)

Wishpond Technologies currently has the position of Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist available, and we’re excited to tell you about it!

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a driven and disciplined Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist to join our Account Management team. This is a fully remote position,  and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada.

We’re looking for an experienced trainer and customer success professional to build and deliver a world-class AM training program. This is a foundational role; you’ll create the curriculum from scratch and own the ongoing development of our Account Manager team. In collaboration with the Account Management department, the Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain training modules covering campaign strategy, client asset creation, and AI-powered workflow tools

• Develop playbooks and reference guides AMs can use day-to-day

• Create assessments to track learning and readiness before AMs take on client work independently

• Lead onboarding training for all new Account Manager hires

• Run ongoing skill development sessions for the existing AM team

• Partner with Account Directors to identify skill gaps and prioritize training topics

• Train AMs to build client strategies and campaign plans (transitioning this work from Account Directors)

• Coach AMs on using AI tools to produce client-ready assets faster and at higher quality

• Develop a repeatable framework AMs can follow for strategy and campaign builds

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or account management

• Background in training, coaching, or L&D; curriculum building experience is a strong plus

• Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eager to teach others how to use them

• Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics

• Highly organized and structured, nothing falls through the cracks

• Self-starter who can build structure where little currently exists

• Fluent in English; most of our clients are based in the US and Canada

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning outcomes

• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Organized, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.  

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.

• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Pacific Time.

• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks.

• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
