Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Partners)

SpaceX's Starlink delivers low-latency broadband via a global satellite constellation and serves a growing base of enterprise customers. The Enterprise Account Manager (Channel Partners) is an individual contributor who will own complex enterprise agreements from contract signature through onboarding, activation, and long-term growth, working closely with channel partners and internal teams to drive customer success and revenue.

Skills

  • Project or consulting experience managing complex engagements
  • Experience supporting technical products or services with customers
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
  • Clear written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Risk and schedule tracking with attention to operational detail
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed
  • Eligibility to meet ITAR export control requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned book of business from contract signature through onboarding, day-to-day management, and long-term growth
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, understand needs, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Collect customer feedback and collaborate internally to improve products, processes, and support
  • Track readiness, risks, schedules, and payments; communicate status to hit revenue targets on time
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned region and drive scalable process/system improvements
  • Proactively monitor account health including payments, product performance, support issues, and contract compliance
  • Support critical milestones which may require extended hours and travel to customer sites

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • OR high school diploma/equivalency with 6+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience

Benefits

  • Base salary range $115,000 - $150,000/year
