Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts from contract signature through activation, retention, and growth
- Design and execute engagement strategies and content to support underserved communities and enable sustainable, self-supporting deployments
- Onboard customers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure contract terms and deliverables are met
- Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence product, program, and policy decisions
- Document and shape the social impact narrative through case studies, reports, and executive communications
- Manage strategic partnerships with aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory stakeholders
- Advocate for internal policy, training, and resource allocation to embed social impact into Starlink’s operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
