Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Dusty Robotics builds autonomous FieldPrinter robots that automate layout work on construction sites and support customers across North America. The company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline through both inbound and outbound prospecting, working closely with Account Executives and marketing to scale demand generation.

Skills

  • Proven success in inbound and outbound sales or sales development with quota attainment.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with consultative objection handling.
  • High activity and productivity using multi-channel outreach and automation workflows.
  • Coachability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing startup.

Responsibilities

  • Source and initiate exploratory conversations with new prospects across construction companies and jobsite teams.
  • Book discovery meetings that convert into qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads using established criteria and gather actionable sales intelligence.
  • Maintain high-volume, multi-channel outreach across calls, email, live chat, video, and LinkedIn.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, sales tools, workflows, and campaign results to improve the demand motion.
  • Continuously refine outbound motion and personalization tactics to increase conversion rates.
  • Travel domestically up to 25% for events and trade shows as required.

Education

  • No specific degree required; relevant sales experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
