- 5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Deep understanding of real-estate seller pipeline strategy
- Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data and translate insights for clients
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Operational discipline with CRM task and project tracking
- Product curiosity and ability to translate client feedback into product requests
- Comfort managing high-volume subscription portfolios
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers and own client lifecycle from onboarding through activation and optimization
- Onboard and activate clients into the Radar AI ecosystem, ensuring they understand outputs and next best actions
- Track performance metrics across the Radar AI client base and identify optimization opportunities
- Act as product liaison: translate roadmap updates into client enablement and collect structured feedback
- Collaborate with growth and account teams to identify upsell/cross-sell and scale product usage
- Create and maintain best-practice documentation, webinars, and repeatable onboarding frameworks
- Manage and track tasks and client progress within CRM systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications or continued education in CRM, product, or data analysis are a plus
