Influencer Marketing Account Lead

Later is an AI-powered influencer marketing company that combines creator relationships, proprietary data, and expert services to help brands run high-impact campaigns. The Account Lead will own strategic client partnerships, lead cross-functional execution, and manage a small team to deliver measurable influencer marketing programs and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned to client objectives and measurable ROI
  • Build and nurture senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead campaign planning and oversee execution from kickoff through wrap
  • Manage budgets, timelines, deliverables, and ensure compliance with FTC and platform standards
  • Coach and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators; provide performance feedback
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, surface insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and Strategy
  • Facilitate strategic business reviews and contribute to RFPs and pitches
  • Partner cross-functionally with Social, Strategy, Creator Success, Paid Media, Product, and Sales
  • Build and maintain internal processes for operational excellence and compliance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Any relevant marketing certifications or continued education considered a plus
