Summary
Reporting directly to the Vice president Sales, the Regional Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, executes strategies to achieve budgeted revenue, maintains performance against defined financial KPIs, and grows market share across all Kodiak product lines within the assigned region. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage high-value customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to align regional performance with Kodiak’s overall strategic objectives.
