Responsibilities
- Manage a book of mid-sized and large insurance partners and lead partner meetings to establish goals and KPIs
- Translate partner objectives into actionable campaign strategies and execution plans
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities and engage agents via outbound outreach and performance reviews
- Create and deliver training sessions, webinars, and promotional initiatives to increase partner adoption and performance
- Champion partner feedback internally to shape strategy and product improvements
- Troubleshoot cross-functional roadblocks and coordinate resolution across teams
- Use data and PowerBI insights to recommend process and operational improvements
- Produce clear partner-facing communications including recaps, follow-ups, and updates
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant certifications or coursework in sales/analytics are a plus
