Relationship Manager - Uruguay

DriveWealth is a global B2B fintech platform democratizing access to investing via API-driven trading services. The Relationship Manager will own a portfolio of partners post-sale, driving retention and expansion while serving as the partners' primary advocate to ensure operational stability, strong commercial outcomes, and alignment with product evolution.

Skills

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management, or partner management within fintech or financial services.
  • Strong program and project management skills with an ability to adopt new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and executive-level relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to use data to inform strategy and influence product decisions.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills across multiple partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue expansion and retention strategies to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and margin across assigned partners.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partners, building executive-level relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction.
  • Capture and synthesize partner feedback and requirements to influence product roadmap and platform improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with sales, product, engineering, operations, and finance to resolve issues and deliver partner solutions.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and structured partner feedback to senior leadership.
  • Establish mutual accountability and act as partner advocate while aligning with DriveWealth's strategic vision.
  • Manage multiple partner engagements concurrently with high-touch lifecycle management.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate within the Relationship Management team to scale best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant industry certifications or continued professional development preferred.
