Management is very engaged and even the most senior team members seem to be grounded, pragmatic, and approachable. Culture manages to be both light hearted and more candid / honest than most companies of this size. Clients and projects are mostly fun and rewarding - nice to work on well known clients. Cool working with employees from all over the world. Leaving this review after being surprised by some of the negative reviews on here - some seem pretty entitled or uncomfortable being challenged or disagreed with by management.Cons
Can be a lot of context / task switching at times, serving multiple clients. Intense and sometimes exhausting during busy or important stretches for multiple clients. Some benefits are solidly above average - professional development, end of year break - but others like sick time could be more competitive.
