Skills
- 3+ years building consumer-scale software products
- 1+ year hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs
- Proficiency in mobile development (iOS or Android) or strong full-stack/backend experience (Java, Kubernetes, AWS)
- Experience designing and running agentic workflows, function calling, and context/window management
- Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality features integrating third-party data and partner systems.
- Use and orchestrate AI agents (e.g., Claude Code) to generate specs, code, tests, and reviews as part of the development workflow.
- Define and document AI-native engineering playbooks and workflows for team and org adoption.
- Ship full-stack solutions that are performant, reliable, and scalable for tens of millions of users.
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform engineers on architecture, code reviews, and technical standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response; support performance, reliability, and accessibility.
- Mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement in engineering craft and AI tooling usage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
