Skills
- 5+ years building consumer-scale software products
- 1+ year hands-on experience prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs
- Strong mobile development experience (iOS or Android) or exceptional full-stack/backend experience (Java, Kubernetes, AWS)
- Deep experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context window management, and function-calling patterns
- Proven track record using AI tooling to multiply delivery velocity while maintaining quality
Responsibilities
- Design and build polished features for members like aging parents, pre-teens with wearables, and community groups across the full stack.
- Use AI (Claude Code and similar tools) as a primary collaborator: orchestrate agents to create specs, generate code and tests, verify results, and perform reviews.
- Define and codify AI-native engineering practices and playbooks for the team and broader organization.
- Contribute to architecture, code reviews, performance, reliability, and accessibility for the features owned.
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response.
- Mentor teammates and help evolve team processes and technical standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
