Director, Strategic Accounts

Celcuity is a clinical-stage, publicly traded biotechnology company developing targeted therapies to improve outcomes for cancer patients. The Director of Strategic Accounts will build and execute account-level access strategies, manage executive relationships across health systems and GPOs, and drive contract negotiation and implementation to ensure timely product access and commercial success.

Skills

  • Oncology market expertise and clinical product knowledge
  • Understanding of reimbursement models, including Buy-and-Bill
  • Proven contract negotiation and financial analytics skills
  • Strategic account and matrix management experience
  • Project management and ability to translate strategy to execution
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Stakeholder mapping and relationship-building with executive audiences
  • Ability to synthesize market trends into actionable plans

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute access and engagement plans for assigned strategic oncology accounts
  • Manage and nurture relationships with C-suite, pharmacy, value/procurement, and P&T/pathway decision makers
  • Prepare, present, and implement business case proposals and contract terms
  • Present account performance, market insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution
  • Drive Market Access event sponsorship, exhibiting logistics, messaging, and budget for special interest groups
  • Lead contract implementation and monitor contract pull-through and results
  • Map account ecosystem and segment internal/external stakeholders to inform engagement

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or advanced science degree) preferred but not required
