As a Leadership Recruiter at Superhuman, you will own and drive executive and senior-level hiring across the organization. You’ll serve as a strategic talent advisor to senior leadership, leading searches for Director+ level roles across Tech functions (engineering, product, design).
This role requires a high degree of business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. You will design bespoke search strategies, engage and convert top-tier passive talent, and ensure a rigorous, high-caliber hiring process that reflects Superhuman’s standards for excellence.
Reporting to our Head of Business and Leadership Recruiting, you will partner closely with executives and cross-functional leaders to build diverse, high-impact leadership teams that shape the company’s future.
Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level searches, from role scoping through close and onboarding.
Act as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring leaders, shaping org design conversations and succession planning where appropriate.
Develop and execute proactive, research-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional, often passive, leadership talent.
Architect structured executive assessment processes, ensuring rigor, objectivity, and alignment with company values.
Maintain exceptional candidate stewardship, delivering a white-glove experience tailored to senior leaders.
Drive offer strategy and negotiation for complex, high-stakes compensation packages.
Analyze executive recruiting metrics and market insights to inform talent strategy and workforce planning.
Champion inclusive leadership hiring practices, ensuring diverse representation across executive pipelines.
Strengthen Superhuman’s executive employer brand through thoughtful outreach, market mapping, and relationship-building.
7+ years of recruiting experience, with significant experience leading executive or leadership searches (in-house and/or retained search firm experience preferred).
Demonstrated success hiring Director+-level leaders in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Deep expertise in sourcing passive leadership talent and conducting high-caliber executive assessments.
Experience managing complex offer negotiations and compensation structures.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights to guide strategy.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple senior searches simultaneously with minimal guidance.

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation. Base pay may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Our U.S. locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.
The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
Zone 1: $152,000 - $228,000 (USD)
