We’re looking for a curious, data-driven, and craft-obsessed Product Designer to join our Growth team, focused on activation and early lifecycle experiences. Your work will help users quickly understand and realize the value of Superhuman, guiding them from their first interaction through meaningful engagement and habit formation.
You’ll design intuitive, delightful, and high-quality product experiences that drive activation, retention, and expansion across individuals and teams. Working closely with product, marketing, engineering, and analytics, you’ll shape how users discover features, build habits, and experience the magic of Superhuman from day one.
In this role, you will:

Growth Design: Design user-centric flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity experiences across onboarding and in-product surfaces. Prototype and iterate quickly, using experimentation and testing to continuously improve user outcomes.
User Insights & Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior, motivations, and friction points. Synthesize insights to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey.
Experimentation & Optimization: Run A/B tests and hypothesis-driven experiments to improve activation and adoption metrics. Collaborate with data and analytics partners to evaluate performance and iterate on solutions.
Feature Development: Define and shape new features and enhancements from early concepts to final implementation. Translate ideas into polished, high-quality product experiences that balance usability, power, and delight.
Meaningful User Experiences: Design thoughtful and engaging experiences that help users build habits and derive ongoing value. Craft interactions that balance efficiency with approachability, creating moments of delight.
Design Craft & Quality: Deliver exceptional visual and interaction design, with strong attention to typography, layout, and detail. Maintain a high bar for quality and consistency across all user touch points.
Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketing, and brand teams to align on goals, share progress, and deliver impactful solutions. Clearly communicate design rationale and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and leadership.
Team Contribution: Contribute to a strong design culture by sharing feedback, improving processes, and elevating the quality of work across the team.
Has 5+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, or activation experiences.
Demonstrates strong product design craft across interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and user flows.
Has experience designing onboarding flows, feature discovery, or early lifecycle experiences within digital products.
Is comfortable running experiments and using data to inform design decisions.
Has experience conducting or partnering on qualitative and quantitative user research.
Collaborates effectively with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics partners.
Thrives in ambiguous environments and can quickly iterate toward clarity and impact.
