Onboarding Operations Specialist - AMER

Remote is a global HR platform helping companies hire, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. The Onboarding Operations Specialist will join the EOR Onboarding team to own and optimize the end-to-end employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, excellent client/employee experience, and driving automation and knowledge management improvements across cross-functional partners.

Skills

  • Strong operational experience within people operations, including employment contract handling
  • Excellent written and spoken English at business level; additional languages a plus
  • Proven ability to work async and across timezones in remote/high-growth environments
  • Experience with collaboration and ticketing tools (Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace or similar)
  • Attention to detail and strong data stewardship skills
  • Comfort with identifying automation opportunities and working with tooling to scale processes
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring compliant and complete employment packages
  • Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle tasks and employee communications, resolving queries promptly
  • Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, Payroll and other cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience
  • Maintain and secure employee data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Support reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives for compliance and operational excellence
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge and content resources to support team and client needs

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant HR, business, or operations certifications preferred
