Organizational Development, Consultant II,

Nightingale Education Group is a mission-driven higher-education organization focused on improving healthcare education and workforce outcomes, especially in underserved communities. They seek a proactive, strategic Level II Organizational Development Consultant to design, implement, and evaluate leadership and organizational development initiatives, leveraging data and facilitation skills to align programs with institutional priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and tailored training workshops.
  • Collaborate to create and execute organizational development strategies (engagement surveys, talent management, mentorship, onboarding).
  • Propose, develop, and refine training content based on feedback, trends, and organizational goals.
  • Independently acquire and analyze multi-source data to identify development needs and recommend solutions.
  • Evaluate risks, benefits, and trade-offs to produce actionable, prioritized recommendations.
  • Provide consulting and coaching to employees, teams, and managers across levels and functions.
  • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and team-building sessions tailored to team dynamics.

Education

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in organizational development, leadership development, or performance management
  • Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience recommended
