Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy, headcount and interview feedback
- Source passive candidates using targeted campaigns, cold outreach and networking
- Screen applicants and recommend top candidates for interviews
- Attend interviews and provide an additional evaluator perspective
- Coordinate and deliver candidate experience including onsite tours
- Manage offer process: negotiate packages, initiate background checks and extend offers
- Track and report recruiting metrics and candidate pipeline status
- Organize ad hoc recruiting events and targeted sourcing campaigns
- Work extended hours or weekends as needed to meet hiring demands
Education
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years recruiting experience
- OR Associate degree with 2+ years recruiting experience
- OR 3+ years professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
