Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role specifications.
- Design and execute sourcing and pipelining strategies for active and passive clinical candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and specialized clinical positions (e.g., RNs, MAs).
- Serve as an ambassador for WelbeHealth’s employer brand across social media, networks, and recruitment platforms.
- Manage candidate experience, including interview prep, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.
- Track hiring metrics and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and TA leadership.
- Collaborate with People team to improve processes, tools, and long-term talent strategies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
