Responsibilities
- Manage integration build flow and test operations for optical assemblies
- Evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration feasibility
- Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
- Develop and refine assembly procedures based on lessons learned
- Enable day-to-day execution of product integration and test flow
- Investigate non-conformances, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to drive system-level improvements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline (required)
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline (preferred)
