Resource Innovations is seeking an Associate HR Planning & People Services Representative to join our growing team in REMOTE. We are looking for a skilled, mission-driven HR professional with strong case management, employee support, and people services experience. The Associate HR Planning & People Services Representative is responsible for providing high-quality, centralized HR support to employees and managers by managing HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution, and promoting consistent application and publication of HR policies and procedures.
This role also supports People Services and Operations and broader HR programs by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and driving service improvements. The Associate contributes to the employee experience through high-touch support, streamlined processes, and proactive issue resolution.

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Salary range is $58k - $75k. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
