Responsibilities
- Respond to employee inquiries and complaints; provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy
- Act as a business partner to managers and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development
- Collaborate with recruiting, learning & development, compensation, and benefits to align programs to client group needs
- Counsel employees and managers in accordance with Company policy and applicable laws/regulations
- Facilitate internal transfers and promotions, conduct exit interviews, and analyze trends to support retention and career development
- Implement HR recommendations and change initiatives with managers and leaders
- Create, document, and implement HR policies, programs, and processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters and employee records
- Maintain employee files and process HR transactions in Workday

- Bachelor’s degree required
