The Role

This is one of our most important hires for 2026 and reports directly to our Founder and Visionary, based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

Our Founder currently leads both the Visionary and Integrator functions and is looking for a true right hand to drive execution across the business. This person will thrive on creating structure, building checklists, documenting processes, ensuring follow-through between meetings, and making sure priorities discussed in quarterly planning sessions are actually completed by the next L10.

We are a federal and institutional construction company established in 2011, operating across the Southeast with 100+ prime bonded contracts, $100M+ in backlog, and a clear vision: by 2033, we will be a $200M company that has touched 1,000+ lives — from our team to the next generation. Last December, after finishing the year strong and taking care of our team, we funded a water well that will serve an entire village of 300+ people in Malawi for generations. That is what & "turning big dreams into better lives"; looks like in practice. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for someone who wants to help build something.

  • 5+ years in an operations, chief of staff, project management, or senior coordinator role
  • Construction, federal contracting, industrial, or project-based experience strongly preferred
  • EOS experience a strong plus — coachable to it if not
  • Proven track record building and implementing operational processes
  • Comfortable managing HR functions and a small recruiting team
  • High comfort with technology, AI tools, and business software

What You Will Own:

EOS Execution & Accountability

  • Own rock tracking and follow-through between L10 meetings
  • Maintain the company scorecard and flag issues before they become problems
  • Prepare materials for L10s, quarterlies, and annuals
  • Be the person the leadership team calls when something is stuck

Core Process Documentation

  • Identify, document, and publish our 8 core processes across all departments
  • Ensure processes are distributed, trained on, and followed
  • Own the process library as we scale toward $200M

Visionary Support & Coordination

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, events, and key outreach
  • Coordinate BD and marketing initiatives — events, sponsorships, content
  • Handle special projects and cross-departmental priorities
  • Prepare briefings so the Founder walks into every room ready

People Operations & HR

  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR compliance
  • Manage and coordinate with our US and Colombian recruiting teams
  • Own the new hire experience from offer to day one

Technology & AI

  • Lead adoption of AI tools and systems across SIC — we are already building AI bots for
  • proposals
  • Evaluate and implement platforms that remove friction and help us move faster
  • Performance bonus eligible

  • Regular travel to Anniston, AL — approximately one week per month
