Responsibilities
- Oversee successful execution of multiple large-scale projects from planning through delivery
- Define and clarify project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as needed
- Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Establish project team structure, assign work, and ensure accountability for deliverables
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports to sponsors and senior leadership
- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and business units
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party tools/platforms supporting projects
- Define and manage roadmaps for AI initiatives, including intake, prioritization, and ROI assessment
- Establish and enforce AI governance, model lifecycle management, and auditability standards
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Project or program management certification preferred (PMP, CAPM or equivalent)
