- Strong technical foundation in software, infrastructure, or systems to engage in technical tradeoffs
- Experience with dependency management, risk identification and mitigation
- Strong planning, tracking and execution skills with metrics-driven program health monitoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical programs from scoping through launch and post-launch measurement
- Define program milestones, execution criteria and detailed project plans to drive predictable delivery
- Partner with engineering to understand system architecture, make technical tradeoffs, and manage technical risks
- Identify, track and manage cross-team dependencies; remove blockers and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Facilitate technical discussions and use data/metrics to monitor program health and course-correct
- Coordinate release planning, launch activities and post-launch support and measurement
- Communicate program status, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
