Talent Acquisition Manager

Lightspeed is a leading provider of cloud-based dealer management software serving Powersport, Marine, RV, Trailer, and Golf Car industries and supports over 4,500+ dealerships across North America. We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruiting, build proactive sourcing pipelines, partner with business leaders on headcount planning, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences to support continued growth across functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage recruiting strategies, systems, and processes to source, assess, and place qualified talent.
  • Proactively source passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks to build robust pipelines.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to forecast hiring needs, manage headcount, and align talent strategies with business priorities.
  • Design and deliver outstanding candidate experiences from outreach through offer and onboarding.
  • Manage vendor relationships and recruitment operations to ensure measurable, on-budget execution.
  • Lead enterprise talent initiatives including process optimization, TA operations, and recruitment data insights.
  • Recruit for senior-level roles (Director, VP+) and across multiple functions with in-depth technical and market knowledge.
  • Develop and manage early career programs including campus recruiting and internship strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required)
