Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Provide platform onboarding and training to enable client self-service and adoption.
- Advise clients on quantitative research design, survey programming, and fielding best practices.
- Respond to client questions through the platform help feature and other communication channels.
- Interpret and communicate research results to help clients answer business questions.
- Collect and relay product feedback to the product team to influence platform improvements.
- Proactively share product innovations and best practices with clients to enhance workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve experiences.
- Travel overnight at least once per month as required to meet clients or team needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Formal training or coursework in market research, statistics, or life sciences is a plus
