Accountabilities:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential customers via calls, email, and social channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement outreach strategies and coordinate follow-up meetings.
  • Qualify leads according to ideal customer profiles to ensure efficient use of sales resources.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, tenacious, and motivated to identify new opportunities and approaches for outreach.
