Onboarding Manager, Customer Experience

Figma is a rapidly growing design platform focused on making design accessible and collaborative for teams. The Onboarding Manager, Customer Experience will guide large customers through a structured onboarding program, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Support, and Enablement teams, and use customer feedback and metrics to drive adoption and improve onboarding materials and processes.

Skills

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles with technical products
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple customers concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Consultative approach and ability to navigate complex business and technical requirements
  • Experience presenting to and engaging stakeholders across functions and seniority levels

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the onboarding lifecycle for large customers from pre-sales through onboarding closeout
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth customer handoffs
  • Define and manage customer onboarding timelines and milestones to achieve value quickly
  • Coordinate with Customer Enablement, Technical Account Managers, Design Advocates, and Solutions Consultants to execute onboarding plans
  • Report on onboarding metrics and customer feedback to assess impact and identify new initiatives
  • Develop and maintain enablement content and training resources to accelerate adoption
  • Deliver live and scalable training sessions tailored to customer maturity and needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on product and industry best practices

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Relevant coursework or training in business, design, product, or related fields is a plus
