Skills
- 4+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of modern software stacks and engineering skill sets
- Expertise with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem)
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to refine sourcing
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social platforms to identify passive and active technical candidates
- Engage candidates with tailored outreach and build meaningful relationships to maintain interest and fit
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for multiple technical roles across engineering and product
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize workflows and improve funnel efficiency
- Document candidate activity in the ATS and ensure consistent pipeline hygiene
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant recruiting certifications or coursework considered a plus
