Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate critical transformation initiatives, manage business investment decisions and timelines, and develop a cross-team organizational planning calendar.
Skills: Strong expertise in project management, fluency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with advanced project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in project management or operations, ideally within an EdTech, publishing, or SaaS environment; Bachelor's degree preferred.

The Project Management Director, Strategic Initiatives will be responsible for leading high-impact projects focused on operational excellence and coordination, process transformation, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project management, print and digital operations (ideally with a background in edtech), and is a proven leader who can work effectively across teams to achieve transformation outcomes on defined timelines. This role will report directly into the Vice President, Product, Development & Portfolio Strategy.
