Job Description

The Event Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, organization, and execution of events hosted by Skillbridge Academy. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure each event is delivered smoothly and meets the organization’s high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate events including workshops, seminars, and corporate gatherings.

  • Assist in managing event logistics such as venue coordination, scheduling, and vendor communication.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives and timelines are met.

  • Monitor event budgets and assist in managing event-related expenses.

  • Support the preparation of event materials, schedules, and operational plans.

  • Oversee on-site event coordination to ensure seamless execution.

  • Maintain communication with partners, suppliers, and participants to ensure a positive event experience.

  • Track event outcomes and assist in preparing post-event reports.
