About This Role
As a Senior Client Partner at Stitch, you’ll lead our most important and complex client relationships. You won’t just grow accounts—you’ll own strategic partnerships with senior executives, guiding multi-threaded teams across marketing, data, and technology to drive large-scale, multi-year expansion.
You’ll shape the business-aligned investment priorities of clients, navigating complex decision-making, and influencing long-term marketing strategies that anchor Stitch as a critical growth partner. You’ll step into executive conversations with confidence and clarity, trusted not only for your deep expertise in martech and customer engagement but also for your ability to translate complexity into clear business impact.
Beyond ownership of your Book of Business, you’ll mentor and elevate other Client Partners, helping them sharpen their commercial discipline and executive communication. Working closely with Stitch’s Delivery leadership, you’ll ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams and maintain strong account health through transparent forecasting and risk management. You will consistently showcase a strategic mindset, a polished sales and negotiation skillset, and a track record of delivering sustained revenue growth in complex enterprise environments.
