Skills

- KPI analysis, drive test interpretation, and Layer 3 message troubleshooting

Responsibilities
- Plan new sites, select antennas, and model propagation to maximize coverage and capacity
- Analyze KPIs and drive test data to optimize network performance
- Forecast traffic and perform capacity planning to avoid congestion
- Troubleshoot signal strength, interference, and coverage gaps
- Ensure RF systems meet regulatory frequency and compliance requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (required)
