- Deep understanding of RTL, verification, and physical design for custom silicon
- Systems-level thinking connecting RTL and microarchitecture decisions to software and performance
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience with silicon bring-up,DV workflows, and customer acceptance processes
Responsibilities
- Own and manage technical relationships with strategic customers and FAEs, ensuring clear requirements and expectations.
- Translate high-level customer requests into concrete engineering specifications for hardware and software teams.
- Coordinate customer-specific NEO silicon configurations and oversee required RTL changes and customizations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between customer engineering teams, internal DV, RTL, verification, and software groups to ensure reliable delivery.
- Advocate customer workloads to influence product roadmap and prioritize engineering efforts based on customer impact.
- Mentor and scale customer-facing engineering teams and Field Application Engineering (FAE) organizations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
