Performance-Based Compensation
This is a Commission + Bonus role with potential earnings between $125,000 – $250,000 annually, and top performers earning $300,000+. Paid training at $700/week, plus uncapped commissions with an accelerated payout during your first 5 months — starting at 100% upfront in month one and moving to a standard 50/50 split by month six.

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will:
Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs
Deliver engaging presentations and provide tailored solutions
Represent high-quality products backed by industry leaders
Manage the sales process from consultation through closing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives
Key Qualifications
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated with a growth mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
In-home sales experience is a plus (but not required)
