Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month Contract/Contract to Perm)

RapidSOS is a mission-driven public safety AI company building real-time intelligence for first responders and security teams. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for an initial 6-month contract (with strong potential to convert to full-time) to lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Corporate, and Go-to-Market teams and to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership.

Skills

  • 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Experience hiring across technical and non-technical disciplines (engineering, sales, marketing, finance, operations).
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and recruiting tech/tools.
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills using multiple channels.
  • Ability to use data and recruitment metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and partnership skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and candidate experience management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to DEI-driven hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Corporate (Finance, Legal, People, Operations), and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Source, build, and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Design and implement structured interview processes and coach hiring managers on behavior-based interviewing.
  • Conduct candidate interviews assessing skills, technical aptitude, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience end-to-end with clear communication at every stage.
  • Drive offer negotiation and closing, coordinating with HR and finance.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and incorporate inclusive hiring practices.
  • Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
  • Contribute to employer branding to attract high-caliber candidates.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or related field.
  • Relevant recruiting certifications a plus (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
