Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned SMB/Consumer client portfolio
- Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings to drive change management and platform adoption
- Identify and implement client process adjustments to maximize Ocrolus footprint
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, product, ops) to deliver client requests and ensure timely service
- Support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities alongside sales
- Forecast and track account metrics and keep accurate client transaction records
- Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Provide product training, onboarding support, and strategic planning for clients
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (required)
