Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior delivery presence and trusted advisor across assigned client accounts throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risk, restoring stability with clear judgment and decisive action.
- Coach, mentor, and directly develop a small team of Project Managers and Client Engagement Managers.
- Partner with Growth and technical leadership to identify and shape future engagement phases grounded in delivery reality.
- Define and promote shared delivery standards, surface cross-portfolio patterns, and drive consistency.
- Own engagement health metrics: scope, timeline, resourcing, quality, margin, and financial reporting.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree or certifications in project/program management preferred but not required
