Business Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of business needs and technology delivery, ensuring that operational requirements are accurately translated into effective system solutions. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to support the enhancement and evolution of enterprise applications. The position involves gathering and validating requirements, defining clear documentation, and contributing to solution design across multiple initiatives. You will play a critical role in improving processes, optimizing systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Working in a collaborative environment, you will engage with cross-functional teams throughout the full development lifecycle. The role also includes supporting testing, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Facilitate the intake, analysis, and prioritization of system enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements using structured elicitation techniques with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Conduct feasibility studies and data analysis to support solution design and project decision-making.
- Partner with technical teams and vendors to translate business needs into detailed system specifications and development requirements.
- Support quality assurance activities, including data analysis, test planning, and user acceptance testing across the project lifecycle.
- Prepare status updates, implementation plans, and ensure effective knowledge transfer during solution deployment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related technical role.
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
