Regional Sales Manager

Genea is a provider of physical access control solutions seeking a proactive Regional Sales Manager to drive channel and enterprise sales across assigned U.S. regions. The role focuses on supporting Senior Regional Sales Managers, managing reseller accounts and enterprise engagements, building an operating model for daily interaction, managing opportunities and forecasts, and closing and quoting deals for SaaS, hardware, and setup fees.

Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with physical access control or related security sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM management
  • Experience creating and delivering sales forecasts and quotes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain partner and customer relationships
  • Analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Senior RSMs to align on channel strategies and regional sales goals
  • Provide sales support on enterprise accounts and assist in enterprise sales strategy execution
  • Manage and grow reseller/channel partner accounts, ensuring partners understand Genea value propositions
  • Develop and implement an operating model for daily/weekly interactions with Senior RSMs
  • Track and manage opportunities through the sales cycle and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Drive closing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles
  • Prepare and deliver accurate competitive quotes to channel partners
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, manage expansions and resolve escalations
  • Maintain account activity, opportunity and expansion records in CRM

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in sales or account management a plus
