Product Operations Account Manager

Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is a public fintech transforming capital markets and consumer lending through blockchain and AI-driven automation. We’re seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Product Operations Account Manager to own post-sale client experience across PM + Connect and DART + Non-LOS asset platforms — leading technical onboarding, training, issue resolution, and ongoing account health to ensure clients realize full platform value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client and partner onboarding through go-live, including user management, roles, permissions, and self-service setup.
  • Lead product walkthroughs, workflow training, and transaction education; create onboarding docs, training materials, and reference guides.
  • Handle technical provisioning such as API key distribution and access configuration for Figure Markets and YLDS capabilities.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for clients; log, track, and monitor inbound requests and recurring issues.
  • Triage, route, and own resolution of bugs while escalating complex issues to engineering or product as needed.
  • Support Sales and Capital Markets teams on demos, technical Q&A, and platform-dependent deal evaluations.
  • Own the structured handoff from Sales/Capital Markets into implementation and maintain account health post-launch.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience in technical account management or implementation accepted
