Implementation Consultant

Espresa is a personal benefits platform focused on Lifestyle Spending Accounts and a modular suite supporting wellbeing, recognition, and community. The Implementation Consultant will act as the primary post-sale contact, leading onboarding and technical configuration, driving adoption, and partnering across Sales, Customer Success, and Product to deliver measurable outcomes for HR and benefits customers.

Skills

  • 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, or similar roles in a SaaS/technology environment
  • Experience supporting HR or benefits programs, with preference for corporate wellness exposure
  • Comfortable with technical concepts like HTTPS, APIs, FTP, CSV file handling, and 2FA
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word or Google Workspace equivalents
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to develop KPIs and measure adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer objectives.
  • Define success criteria and provide tailored recommendations to increase platform adoption, engagement, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and administrators to drive satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement to align account strategy and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Configure the platform to meet program and technical requirements and troubleshoot issues under timeline pressure.
  • Deliver client training sessions on features, workflows, and best practices to empower customer teams.
  • Document customer requirements, track progress, and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share field learnings and act as a technical leader by informing product and enablement priorities.
  • Monitor HR/benefits industry trends and translate them into customer-facing recommendations and internal improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in project management, HR, or technical fields preferred
