Responsibilities: Lead project execution, develop program schedules, track deliverables, manage risks, facilitate meetings, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and technical proficiency in project management tools; experience with digital assessment products is preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred; 2+ years in state-level assessment programs; PMP or formal project management training is a plus.
Location: Remote position available in the USA, specifically in Massachusetts.
Compensation: $69250 - $118250 / Annually

State-Level Programs
We’re looking for a driven, execution-focused Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale state programs. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through complex implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables are met with excellence.
You’ll serve as a trusted thought partner, operational leader, and primary liaison between internal teams and external partners — bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to every phase of the program lifecycle.

Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250-$118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
