Enterprise Account Executive

Correlation One is a global leader in AI and data workforce development, partnering with enterprises, government agencies, and training programs to close skills gaps. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue by building and executing enterprise sales strategies, managing complex deal cycles, and closing large, multi-stakeholder contracts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise sales and quota attainment
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex procurement
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and AI-powered sales tools
  • Data-driven approach to prioritizing opportunities and presenting insights
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for large enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities and execute targeted prospecting
  • Engage C-level and other key stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions
  • Use AI-enabled tools and analytics to research accounts, personalize outreach, and improve conversion
  • Develop proposals, lead price negotiations, and manage contracting to closure
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to sales leadership and executives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success to design solutions
  • Gather competitive and market intelligence to inform go-to-market strategy
  • Develop strategic partner relationships that align with Correlation One offerings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant professional sales or business certifications a plus
