Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and scale core People Ops programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, engagement/recognition, and compliance.
- Own benefits strategy and administration, managing broker and benefits vendor relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
- Serve as program manager for performance cycles, driving end-to-end execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement scalable processes and systems; identify operational gaps and lead efficiency initiatives.
- Partner with Associate Director to operationalize strategic people initiatives such as recognition programs and engagement surveys.
- Maintain policy and compliance knowledge, recommend updates to balance compliance and employee experience.
- Act as Tier 2 escalation for complex employee inquiries, resolving issues independently and escalating only critical matters.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM) preferred but not required
