Responsibilities
- Ensure programs execute to requirements, schedule, and budget
- Provide contract management support (SOWs, change orders, financials, terms, data rights)
- Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous client requirements with high ownership
- Drive technical outcomes, manage incident response and after-action, and use metrics to improve system performance
- Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and risk registers
- Interface with DoD/USN customers and represent technical aspects of the Surface Maritime portfolio
- Manage deliverables, status updates, and final customer deliveries
- Support system integration, testing, and customer meetings with travel (~25%)
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or Systems Engineering preferred
- OR Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field with demonstrated passion for software development and relationship building
