Responsibilities
- Triage, diagnose, and drive resolution of product incidents, including log reviews and command-line diagnostics
- Own postmortems and follow-through on corrective actions to improve system and product reliability
- Assess and improve product observability and health telemetry in partnership with platform and engineering teams
- Collect and analyze failure data to identify trends and inform sustainment and resource allocation
- Manage customer-facing incidents and communications to ensure timely mitigation and resolution
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to maintain awareness of product specifications and readiness
- Define and deploy process and tooling solutions to remove bottlenecks in sustainment and operational workflows
- Document sustainment challenges and roadmap solutions with cross-functional teams
- Travel as required to support field operations and customer needs
Education
- BA/BS degree (required)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
